System Enhancements and improving Print and Send functions

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our print and send option along with the folio menu presentation, aimed at streamlining processes and providing a more user-friendly experience.

The key updates that we are bringing are as follows:

  •  Enhancing Print and Send options in the right drawer menu.
  •  Allowing users to send invoices, and reservation vouchers on WhatsApp.
  •  Improving the UI where the folio list is presented in the menu.
  •  Menu Rearrangement for Operational Efficiency

Simplified Printing and Sending Options :

Printing the necessary documents and sending them to the guests are commonly done tasks by hotel users every day. We have separate options for printing invoices for individual and group bookings, as well as for sending invoices and printing vouchers. We understand that managing these options separately can add complexity to the hotel’s workflow and make them less efficient.

To address this, we’ve implemented a significant enhancement by consolidating these options into a single unified option for both individual and group bookings. This means that now the hotels has a simplified process for printing and sending invoices, reservation vouchers, GR cards, etc. Making their tasks more efficient.

Also, if the hotel uses the WhatsApp integration with our solution, they can send the reservation voucher as well as the invoice to their guests on WhatsApp as well.

User-Friendly Folio Selection UI:

We’ve also revamped the interface for selecting folios in the menu. The updated dropdown menu will now provide clear and detailed information about each folio and its associated room type or room, making it easier for you to identify which folio belongs to which specific room and room type.

This improvement is designed to enhance clarity for the users and streamline the folio selection process, ultimately making it easier and more intuitive for the hotels to manage their reservations

At the same time, we have also reorganized the menu in the folio operation screen. We’re confident this improvement will greatly enhance the hotel’s efficiency and will improve their experience with our software.
