We are happy to announce the latest enhancements to our PMS that will elevate the experience for hoteliers managing group reservations. In response to valuable user feedback and a commitment to delivering a user friendly product, we are introducing several changes in the Reservation and Edit Reservation screen with an aim of streamlining operations and providing enhanced clarity in managing the group reservations.
When it is a group reservation, it is important for the users to know how many rooms are associated with the group as it can help users know how many rooms are booked by the guests. Sometimes, the guest may have booked rooms that belong to multiple room types as well and knowing the number of rooms booked in each category will ease their work during the check-in and other processes.
With this enhancement, we have simplified the way of representing the group reservations. We have now listed the number of rooms booked in each room types separately for bringing more clarity to our users and help them know the reservation and take the necessary steps better.
Along with this, we have also improved the presentation of our edit reservation screen where now the folio’s are listed under the specific guest room bringing more clarity to the users in knowing which folio belongs to which guests or which reservation.
