We’re excited to introduce Custom Language support for eZee Optimus online ordering, making our app accessible to a broader range of customers.
With Custom Language support, our restaurant partner can display the entire online ordering app content, in any language of their choice.
Here’s what you can expect from our Custom Language feature:
Language Localization: All the text within the app will be translated into the selected language, including buttons, descriptions, and instructions.
Seamless Integration: Enabling Custom Language support is as easy as a few clicks.
Enhanced Customer Experience: By providing customers with a native language experience, Our Restaurants partners eliminate any language barriers that may hinder their online ordering process. This leads to improved customer satisfaction.
To change the customer language perform the below steps.
Step : 1) Go to the eZee Optimus Configuration Panel >> Settings >> QR code generator>> Change Language from default “English” to “Custom” and Save.
Note: Changing to customer language menu item name still remains in default language, to change the menu names in different languages, do contact our support team.
