We are excited to introduce the auto-responder facility for Airbnb Guest messages, a highly anticipated feature for hoteliers that are listed on Airbnb.

Delayed responses to guest messages create disruptions in communication and negatively impact the guest experience. This feature automates guest message responses while providing control and customization to the hotels by customizing the message they want to send automatically.

This improves communication efficiency between the hotels and their guests from Airbnb’s. This option is available in our extranet under the settings menu and offers flexibility with an on/off option, allowing hoteliers to manage communication based on their preferences. By automating the initial guest communication process, hoteliers save time and can focus on other critical tasks. We believe this feature will enhance communication efficiency and elevate the guest experience for our valued hoteliers.
