Our Hoteliers can create the offline travel agents in our system and can even offer them the special rates using our system. We even offer the travel agents portal to the offline travel agents using which they can create the reservation from the available rooms.
In order to publish the special and contracted rates for these travel agents, our hotels has to activate the travel agents so that the travel agents portal can be used by the travel agents. This was an additional step which was delaying the use of travel agent portal because the hotels has to request activating travel agent to their YCS Representative.
With this enhancement, we bring in a way to fully automate the travel agent activation process. We now give a way to our hotel users to activate a travel agent while creating it by selecting the rate modes they wanted to offer to the travel agent.
While creating the travel agent, once the rate mode is configured, the travel agents will be able to use the travel agent portal and also they will be able to see the contracted rates.
