Towards the path of providing a more clear vision of information, such as every folio entries are made by which User so that it can be easier for Hotelier to know by whom such entries are made.
E.g. Previously when someone has Apply Discount on booking then hoteliers have no way of knowing who applied the discount now as we have added the User column to the Grid of charges list on the folio operation screen and it displayed the username of those who have added discounts or charges. So, one can easily understand who has added the discounts or charges.
In addition, when someone updates the charges then the system capture the audit trail entry with the username of the user who made the changes.
Thus, by mentioned enhancement users can easily identify the entries and modifications made with any Booking.
