In any business, it is very essential that the hired crew is productive for the business profits in various ways. To make the daily activities and business transactions simpler, there are ample of operations and features offered in our products.
Because of various modules and departments involved, it often becomes challenging for a hotel owner to keep an eye on each aspect’s performance. Since we’re continuously aiming to solve hoteliers’ pain points, we have introduced one more user friendly functionality called User Activity in this release.
This module has all details of the user or staff activities logged such as activity, user name, property name, hotel code, working date and many more. This module will be the same for both our products, eZee Absolute – Property Management system and eZee Rise – a new extranet for Booking Engine. Along with it, this module will be offered to independent properties as well as hotel groups.
Of course, an independent hotelier can check the activities of his property only for his staff, whereas, in case of hotel chains, hoteliers can check activities of all the users connected with that account.

For easy access, we have kept this option on the header menu bar with the icon shown in the below 2 reference screenshots, with respect to products.

NOTE:
#1: This is open to a property’s all users, and not for Resellers who access products through their SNS Login panel.
#2: A reseller has to contact the YCS team, if he/she would like to have access to it for any particular hotel. The YCS team will help enable it.
#3: A SNS user will only be allowed to access this module if the property is allowed for the same. For example, for a hotel chain having more than 500 hotels but only 300 are allowed to access. So, the SNS user can check the users’ activity of those 300 properties only.
