Every user uses an email address for different purposes at a hotel. We are now coming up with a way for our users to use their email address while creating a users in our system.
Furthermore, we are also coming up with an enhanced way of how the passwords will be reset moving forward when a user forgets their passwords or wants to reset it. The email id used at the user level will be used to get the password reset link and by this, the users should not have to be dependent on admins, other users to update their password.
With this enhancement, we bring in more secure way of resetting passwords and with more accuracy without being dependent on other users.
