We are excited to announce the launch of our latest feature “the Split Reservation” in our Property Management System (PMS). With the Split Reservation feature, users can now easily split reservations into different rooms or room types, whenever they need to.
This flexibility allows our users to assign higher-category rooms to guests, upsell their rooms, and better manage their inventory.
This feature also enables our users to assign multiple rooms to a guest before their arrival, which enhances their accuracy and efficiency by allowing them to complete the room assignment process in advance, which results in providing exceptional guest experiences during check-in.
