Initially, we were sending important notifications such as bookings, revenue, etc. via WhatsApp to our hotels and they have liked this feature of our systems a lot.
We are happy to announce that YCS system is now fully integrated with whatsapp and using that hotels will be able to send notifications and payment links on their guest’s whatsapp.
