Hotels can now communicate with their Booking.com guests using our channel manager!

Guest engagement is one of the important aspect for hotels. It is also equally important to engage with the guests when they reach out to hotels with their requests. Our hotels were finding it difficult to go on Booking.com and check the recent messages from their guests and reply to them.

With this enhancement, we bring in the way by which our hotels will be easily able to see the messages sent by their booking.com guests and will be able to communicate with them as well from our channel manager itself.

This will help them to timely reply to the requests coming in from their booking.com guests and will even help them in creating better guest experiences.
