Airbnb usually generates prepaid bookings and later transfers the amount to the hotels. When hotels receive the payments from Airbnb, they make a payment received entry using our cashiering center and map it with the respective reservation. This helps hotels to know what amount is left to be collected yet.
With an aim to improve our user experience and make their operations efficient, we have enhanced the way to handle the payments. With this enhancement, we bring an automated way by which the payments received from Airbnb will be mapped with the respective reservation without any intervention from the users in our cashiering center.
