For the ample of purposes, properties are required to export the Booking List from the system many times on the business day. Looking at the increasing use of the Booking List to be exported from the system, we have enhanced the “Booking List” export facility.
With this release, considering the value of each factor of the service and the transaction, we are introducing the “Extra Charges” facility to be exported in the Booking List.
Justifying this enhancement, now whenever a user is required to have an “Extra Charges” amount in the export booking list option, the system will give an option whether they want to have them in a list or not. On top of this, if the CRS properties have similar extra charge then those will be consolidated and displayed.

Additionally, we have also given the option of “Tax inclusive”, which will give an opportunity to have the clear data of Extra charges in the exported list.
A point to be considered here is, if users want to have consolidated Extra Charges of all the properties than they must be of exactly the same name, otherwise it will result into a separate column in the report for each of them to be displayed.
