Enhanced “No-show for booking.com”

If a guest fails to arrive on the arrival date of the booking and has not canceled the reservation, in such a scenario the hotelier needs to mark the reservation as “no show”. Hoteliers can mark the reservation as “No Show” from the Absolute system and also from Channel Manager.

Until now mark no show was dependent on the set up whether the rate plan created in channel manager as Refundable or Non refundable. Due to this though rate plan is Refundable or Non refundable which is as per the cancellation policy of Hotel but to charge when it happens to be No show is completely upon the Hotel team and irrelevant to Booking’s cancellation policy.

Thus, to solve this concern now irrespective of any such set up, upon marking any Booking as No show if Hotel User decides and select to Waive off no show charges then can be marked and same info. to Waive off no show charges Will be sent to Booking.com and if not check marked then information will be sent to Booking.com as no show charges will be applicable for that specific reservation.

eZee Rise Panel

eZee Rise Panel -> Bookings -> View Reservation -> “Mark no show on OTA” Button

Once you click on the “Mark no show on OTA” Button, you will see below pop-up to new checkbox “Waive off no show fees” option.

By default checkbox will be uncheck which means no-show charges will apply to this booking

If the user does not want to no-show charge a booking then they will mark the checkbox.

Old extranet

eZee Reservation Panel -> Bookings -> View Reservation -> “Mark no show on OTA” Button

Once you click on the “Mark no show on OTA” Button, you will see below pop-up a new checkbox “Waive off no show fees” option.

If the user  does not want to no-show charge a booking then they will mark the checkbox.

eZee Absolute :

eZee Absolute Panel -> Reservation List->  Open Todays Reservation-> No show option 

Once you click on the no show option , you will see new checkbox “Waive off no show fees” on screen.

By default checkbox will be uncheck which means no-show charges will apply to this booking.

If the user does not want to no-show charge a booking then they will mark the checkbox.
