Uptil now, we didn’t have any option to notify users via email if the eVisitor login request failed for one or the other reason. However, in this release, we have added a setting on the eVisior Settings page where users can add email addresses. After configuring this setting, the user will get an email notifying about a failed login request.
We are providing a field “Login Fail Notification Send to” to add an email address. Also, users can add multiple email addresses using a comma separator.
This setting is optional. So, the eVisitor failure notification email will be sent if the user configures this setting. Otherwise, the system won’t send any notification.
