In order to facilitate Hotel User to Hold any Guest’s Booking in confirm or Unconfirm mode we have a facility to set a Hold Release Date & Time in order to set a timeline for that reservation and can set a Reminder for Guest as well.
To keep all the Hold info about your Booking organized for all such Hold Booking we have introduced a dedicated “Hold Information” section under Booking detail to serve ease to our User who can set every such Hold Booking detail from this section itself.
This newly added “Hold Information” section contains all of the Hold release fields (which will only appear when the reservation type is Hold confirm/ Hold Unconfirm)
Note : If the booking type is Hold confirm/ Hold Unconfirm, the reservation type field will appear under hold information; if the booking type is confirm, the reservation type field will appear under billing information.
In addition to this, The release term field is now enabled in the Quick Reservation screen. So, from our quick screen, the user can insert the term and quickly book the hold bookings.
Also, if a reservation has a hold confirm status and the hotelier check In the guest without changing the reservation type to confirm , the reservation type is automatically set to confirm.
