In the current scenario, we have a field called Special Request or Arrival Time under confirm your check-in tab in Guest Portal. Here, guests can write anything into the request and these requests will be auto approved.
Due to this, customers are having problems and they missed some special requests or arrival time which were added by guests.
To resolve, we have implemented special request or arrival time requests manually (As per the admin approve/reject request)
So, from now onwards, when guests add/edit their special request or arrival time, it will not be auto approved.

Guestporal -> Confirm Your Check In
The request that is approved, rejected and pending will reflect in the last five and itinerary screen.
For Absolute Front Office user, it will display on front office->guestportal
Here, it will display an edit request with the approve/reject provision.
And for user who only have the Rise panel, will display in Rise->guestportal.
After a request is approved/rejected from the Absolute front/Rise panel, it will notify you with an email.
Guests can see it in the guest portal ->itinerary screen.
