We have now added provisions to apply discounts on inclusions.
Note: These are PMS discounts and so won’t be applicable on Booking Engine.
Please follow below details with screenshot:
- Walkin Screen >> Inclusions
We have added a discount dropdown on the Inclusions screen, where you can apply discounts on inclusions.
- Walkin Screen >> Walkin Rate
We have added inclusion’s discount effect in list
- Edit Transaction/Edit Group >> Inclusion.
We have added a discount dropdown on the Inclusions screen where you can apply discounts on inclusions.
- Edit Transaction -> Folio Detail :
We have added inclusion’s discount effect in the list which will display when you keep the Itemize checkmark ON and when turn off the checkmark option, the system will show summarized discount value only.

- Inclusion discount effect in all invoices such as ( Single Invoice + Summarized Invoice + Group Proforma Invoice + Group Invoice)
- Night Audit Process:
The discount calculated value for unposted inclusion charges in the Net column in the manual night audit process. Please see the below screenshot. This will also be processed for auto night audit in background.
- Inclusion discount effect in reports
We have added inclusion’s discount effect in reports which already display the “Inclusion” part.
- Send Report on Night Audit >> Today and Next Day Booking list
We have added inclusion’s discount effect in the list.
- Reservation Voucher
In the reservation voucher, the discount calculated value for unposted inclusion charges are added with caption “Inclusions Including Tax”. Please see the below screenshot.
In addition, the caption “Inclusions Including Tax ” is not dynamic. So, if anybody wants to change it for a particular template, it is possible based on customer requests.
