Sometimes a hotels receives failed reservations because guest didn’t makes the payment using the payment gateway within give time and we notify our hotels for such reservations in order for them to communicate with the guest and confirm it. To confirm this reservations in our system, it was taking more time when they have to confirm an entire group reservation since they have to do it individually for each room.
With this enhancement, we bring more ease to our users in confirming such failed reservations which they were only able to do from the reservation list. We now provide the most simplest way to our hotels by providing the confirm reservation option on our reservation screen.
With this option, we also offered them a way to select multiple reservations that belongs to the same group reservation and confirm it all in just one go.
Here is how a user can easily confirm an entire group reservation.
