Many OTA’s now also offers B2B bookings to hotels in which they also collect the registration details such as GST number, Company name while creating a reservations. Since the information was not visible in our channel manager for the online bookings, it was difficult for hotels to know which reservation is B2B reservation from OTA.
To overcome the above problem and to create better user experience, we have started capturing the information from the OTA’s and will now show them in the remarks under such reservations. This will help hotels easily know which reservation is B2B seeing the company details. These arrangements are only applicable for Go-MMT bookings. Here is how we will show the information.
