Change in ordering of sections in Manager Report

In Manager Report, the current order of the data displayed is:

  1. Room Sales
  2. Paid Outs
  3. eA Payment
  4. POS Sales Summary
  5. POS Payment Summary
  6. Room Summary
  7. Room Statistics
  8. POS City Ledger Summary
  9. eA City Ledger
  10. Advance Deposit Ledger
  11. Guest Ledger

As the manager report contains data of eZee Optimus, it was becoming a little challenging for users to skim the important data from the report, especially from the POS City ledger section.
Also the eZee Absolute and eZee Optimus data were mixed. The row headings were the only thing separating the data. Even the financial data and statistical data were mixed.

So to solve these issues, we have changed the ordering of data display as below:

  1. Room Sales
  2. Paid Outs
  3. eA Payment
  4. eA City Ledger
  5. Advance Deposit Ledger
  6. Guest Ledger
  7. Room Summary
  8. Room Statistics
  9. POS Sales Summary
  10. POS Payment Summary
  11. POS City Ledger Summary

Advantages of using the new ordering are:

  1. The user will have a clear idea of the data.
  2. It can be simplified as we break down the data of two different departments in different sections in the report.
  3. The financial information can be separated from the Room Statistics data.
  4. It will be easy for the client to consolidate data.
