We have a way to remove guest identity from Guest Portal. We have provided this functionality on guest portal when customer request for the Delete Profile.
With this enhancement, we bring a way to auto remove guest identity after No. of days entered by Hotelier. Also, we provide remove guest identity from all the past bookings as well. Moreover, Hotelier can remove future In house booking guest identity which is checkout today OR already checkout.
Here is the way showing how this can be configured from the configuration panel of PMS.
