With the constant vision of making our User’s experience more efficient and seamless we have further introduced two amazing new options which will further help Hoteliers for adding group reservations. To elaborate this more as we have addressed below scenarios by adding these new options.
- What if a Hotelier wants to take a group reservation by picking up several nos. of rooms from various available categories ?
- What if a Hotelier wants to Book all the available rooms in property by one shot ?
Now here we have the easier ways to get it done by below mentioned 2 new options :
- Quick Group Booking :
This option will be used to book nos. of Rooms from individual room categories of Property.
Once this option is selected the system will allow users to select the Rate type and no. of rooms they want to book for selected room type.
Using this option it can be easier for User to Book e.g 10-15 rooms from 3 different categories by just selecting nos. Of room count and no need to add and select records for 10-15 times individually.
- Book All Available Rooms :
Using this option the user will be able to Book all available rooms from all Room categories of property. So by using this option User can Book all the rooms in one go.
Once this option is selected the system will show up all Room categories as auto selected under “Room Type” and also No. of Room count will get rendered as per the room availability.
By default when anyone uses these two options then the adult and child column will appear with base occupancy.
In case of Suite child set up only Suite Rooms will be shown and considered for this preloaded Room type upon selecting these options as well as Paymaster Rooms are not considered in available inventory.
These two new options are only for Detail reservation screen not for quick reservation screen.
