Till now, we allowed all special characters as a username to create a user from eA Configuration, eZee Reservation and Rise Panel. Due to security purposes, we have restricted all special characters and allowed only four special characters such as +,-,@,_ to create a username.
Further, our system will work for those properties that have already created a username with special characters. We have set this only to new users. This won’t affect the existing username.
- Go to eZee Absolute Configuration in right corner dropdown -> User -> Add User
- Go to eZee Reservation -> Click on drop down on top -> User -> Add New
- Go to eZee Centrix -> Click on drop down on top -> User -> Add New
