Guest Portal – Contactless Ordering For Room Service Orders

Till now, we didn’t have an online room service order feature in our system. With this enhancement, the user is able to place orders for “Room service” without moving anywhere.

For this, the property must have an eZee Optimus Account.

If the property has an eZee Optimus Account then the hotelier can add Ordering Page Link in Configuration. 

  1. Go to eZee Absolute Configuration in Menu Settings -> others -> Guest Portal Settings
  1. After adding the link, the user needs to enable the option “Allow Guest to place Room Service Orders”.
  1. On activating the above settings, users can see a link in Guest Portal Menu “Room Service Orders”.

  1. Users can also get it On the Left Side Menu Bar Room Service Orders. Find Below Screenshot.

5. Also, Inhouse Users/Guests can make orders otherwise they can see the menu only.
