We have added a new field “PTD revenue” on SMS Template.
If this new variable is set in SMS Template, it will send PTD (Monthly data) to the property.
Below are configuration steps for the notification.
Step 1:
To Setup a template for the notification from below.
Configuration > SMS > SMS Template > Add SMS Template
Step 2:
To Configure notification from the Configuration from below.
Configuration > SMS > Notification Settings
- Notification for single property
- Notification for chain property
Once all the required configuration is done, then the user will start receiving notification On Day Close (NightAudit).
Note:
This SMS – SmsOnDayCloseChainHotels (NOTIFICATION FOR CHAIN HOTELS – On Day Close (NightAudit)) is set in one of the chain of properties will send PTD (Monthly data) for all properties in the chain.
If this variable is set for single property – NOTIFICATION FOR USER – On Day Close (NightAudit), then it will send PTD (Monthly data) for only this property.
