Additional Tax Factor in Go-MMT – “TCS.”

It has been observed that Go-MMT is sending “TCS Amount” with bookings for Indian Properties, But till now, It wasn’t being displayed at any place in our system or in amount bifurcation of booking amounts.

TCS : TCS stands for Tax collected at source (Charged fix 1% on Sale Price).

Now onwards, “TCS Amount” can be seen in 

1. Old and New Extranet : Bookings => View transaction => remarks, 
2. In booking voucher, remarks and amount bifurcation section.

It will not affect the existing booking process or booking amount calculations, it is only for display purpose.
