We are showing rate plan names at some of the places in our product, these places are :
- New extranet
- Recent Bookings, Arrival, Departure, Cancellation Tabs
- Booking list result after universal search
- eZee Absolute
- Booking list result after universal search
We map the unmapped rooms of the OTAs by mapping the room type & rate type combination of existing rate plans of our system from :
Old Extranet [Reservation]=>Distribution=>settings=>Rate Plan Mappings=>UnMapped Rooms.
In case, no rate plan is available with mapped room type & rate type combination, and booking comes with the same combination, then it will show blank rate plan name at above mentioned places.
After the release of this change, if booking comes in the system and rate plan does not exist in the system for the combination of mapped room and rate type, then it will show rate type (“Rate Type”) instead of rate plan name (“Rate plan”) as shown in below screenshot.

After changes, it will be as in the screenshot below.
When mapping is not found in our system, then we are displaying the default unmapped rate in this case after this release. It will show the rate type (“Rate Type”) instead of the rate plan name (“Rate plan”) as shown in the screenshot above.
