Custom Report option in Police inquiry list report

Currently we have a “Police Inquiry List” report with a pre-defined format which is facilitating users to print and export guest’s police inquiry data.

Till now, we were allowing users to print and export such lists however, by this enhancement we have made it even more flexible that now instead of printing/exporting all predefined fixed columns now these lists can be customizable so that Users can choose columns(fields) which they want to include for such list in order to submit this report to authority with expected fields.

Kindly refer below steps in order to create a custom report,

How to create a Custom Report?

As shown in the below screenshot, you can click on the edit icon of the report selection box and a popup will open as shown  below 

Add Report Template: 

Click on the Add new button and fill the information asked and select the columns you want in the report and click save. You can also change the header text for the predefined columns as shown in the below snapshots

Edit Column: 

Select the Data and Enter the rest of the information and click the save button.

By this way you can create and generate your own customized Police inquiry list report.
