Why & What is this enhancement?
Currently, we have a “Reservations” screen which is facilitating users to check Reservations, Arrivals, Departures, In-house guests, and along with all these there is an option to “Export” these lists.
We were allowing users to Export such lists as Reservations, Arrivals, Departures, In-house guests however, from this enhancement we have made it even more flexible that now instead of exporting all predefined fixed columns now these lists can be customizable so that Users can choose columns(fields) which they want to include to be exported for such list.
Below are newly added fields under the export option which users can choose if they wish to be exported.
Reservations: Reservation Date, VIP/Guest Status, Nationality
Arrivals: Reservation Number, Reservation Date, VIP/Guest Status, Company, Res. Type, Phone No, Email, Preference
Departures: No of Pax, VIP/Guest Status, Nationality
In-house: Reservation Date, VIP/Guest Status, Company, Phone No, Email, Preference
